The All Inclusive:
This is for the very busy bride who needs help from start to finish!
- Office Planning Sessions
Plan overall ambience and budget, assists in finding all necessary components that are consistent with the client’s budget and desires.
- Coordination:
Dreamscape Weddings will coordinate activities of all vendors, including scheduling, facilities access, etc., be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and vendors and serve as a facilitator for resolving problems that may arise, while at the same time respecting both parties’ contract with one another.
- Logistics:
Dreamscape Weddings will provide follow up with all vendors; arrange any deliveries, transportation, or accommodations.
- Administrative Functions:
Dreamscape Weddings will arrange and keep an updated file that contains all contracts, communications with vendor and client, keep track of budget and contracted products and services, and provide wedding party with important information.
- Wedding Director:
Dreamscape Weddings will provide a professional on-staff Wedding Director to work with client during the months of planning, be present to direct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception throughout.
The Planner:
This package is for the bride who has started but needs help putting all the loose ends together!
- Office Planning:
Plan the overall ambience and budget, source all necessary components that are consistent with client’s budget and desires, prepare a calendar agenda, present client with a computer print out with data on vendors, wedding day schedule, notes on areas that call for special attention. Dreamscape Weddings will review contracts, and must be copied on contracts.
- Rehearsal/Wedding Day Service:
Dreamscape Weddings will provide consultations to prepare and review Rehearsal and Wedding Day schedule. Dreamscape Weddings will provide a professional Wedding Director to be present and direct the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, from the time of the beginning of the event until its conclusion.
The Day of:
This package is for the bride who has done it all but would lie to relax on her wedding day!
- Rehearsal / Wedding Day Services Only:
Dreamscape Weddings will provide consultations to review Rehearsal and Wedding Day schedule. Dreamscape Weddings will provide a professional Wedding Director to be present and direct the rehearsal, ceremony, and the reception, from the time of the beginning of the event until its conclusion.
